The Graduate College is hosting the New Graduate Student Orientation: Meet & Greet on the Round Rock campus for all graduate students who started their programs in spring, summer, or fall 2025. The event will take place on Wednesday, August 20 from 3 to 5:00 p.m on the fourth floor of the Avery Building. 

• Browse university-wide student resources at the support services showcase and get your questions answered by representatives.
• Meet new graduate students from programs across campus and the deans and staff of The Graduate College.
• Attend breakout sessions with valuable information for graduate student success. 
• Enjoy games and snacks, and enter to win raffle prizes including a Texas State Bookstore gift card and other swag!
